Tera grew up in New Melle, MO and studied Animal Science at the University of Missouri, Columbia. It was at Mizzou, under Dr. Mike Smith, that she found an interest in the biological processes related to the bovine reproductive system. She further pursued that interest by studying under Dr. Cliff Lamb, and she earned her Master's Degree of Beef Reproduction at the University of Florida in 2011. She joined the ABS Global Sales Representative team in 2015 and currently serves the Missouri counties of Bates, Cass, Henry, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette, Saline, & St. Clair.

Her primary objective is to help you reach your operational goals. Whether you are new to the cattle business and are looking to grow your herd, or have been raising cattle for years and want to improve your calving distribution, genetics, feed efficiency, profitability, and/or marketability, she is committed to helping you get to where you want to be. Her breeding service {Elkhart Cattle Co., LLC, Butler, MO} is assisted by Bob & Kelly Close {Close Ranch Services, Windsor, MO} and Trent Templeton {T Bar T Simmentals, Pilot Grove, MO}. This year, the team will have more flexibility with breeding barn use, as Close Ranch Services is working to finish a double-stall breeding barn that reduces stress on both the cattle and technicians.
